Outdoor Family Hammocks from Hammock World include a 5yr All Weather Proof Warranty designed to support the weight of the whole family. Our Double Hammocks are known as Mayan Silk Hammocks woven with the strongest UV resilient multi-filament soft Nylon cord available.
Hammock World Hammocks are custom-made by the indigenous Maya of Central America. Adult artisans in a cottage industry environment hand-weave our hammocks to our fibre and colour specification, using a traditional technique called Sprang Weaving. No child or slave labour is involved in the weaving of our hammocks.
The Classic Mayan Hammock has stood the test of time. It has been enjoyed and appreciated over many centuries while providing superb comfort with peace of mind. Our Outdoor Hammocks are available in 4-popular colours, Natural, Black and Forest Green, or multi-colour (blue/purple/forest) Pacific. Outdoor Double Family Hammocks include 2 x 2.5m x 8mm polyester suspension ropes for immediate set-up and enjoyment.

Traditional Hammock Attachment Kit - $45
The Attachment Kit is designed to set-up your Traditional Hammock with ease. First tie the free-ends of both attachment ropes to their supports and hook the hammock ‘loops’ onto the ’S' hooks. Then adjust both toggles until the centre of your hammock is the right height. This is normally mid-thigh height above ground.
All netting hammocks need to be protected from the wind and after a hammock has been ‘loaded' it can be difficult and sometimes impossible to undo the knots. The Attachment Kit makes removal easy!
